All cancellation requests must be submitted to the finance and sales department of Clicks and Sales Pvt Ltd. You can submit your cancellation requests with details through email (sales@webimta.com), mailing the letter (At our address on the website). After receipt of your request, our accounts department will issue a confirmation number and advise you on the further process. Your cancellation will not be deemed valid unless you get your cancellation code from our account department.

Clicks and Sales Pvt Ltd will act on the agreement signed upon (Accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed) by the client and Clicks and Sales Pvt Ltd. Clicks and Sales Pvt Ltd does not offer any refund for the transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Clicks and Sales Pvt Ltd.
